Brought to you by the same folks who brought us the fantastic, Medevil Fayre last year, the very first, annual Fantasy Fayre this weekend promises to grow the Fantasy franchise even more, going so far as to be set at The Moors Castle. The day promises to be jam packed with exciting activities such as a Dress up competition with fantastic prizes in both the Adult and Kids fancy dress categories. And just as a bonus, you get 15% discount from Sinderella Costume Hire cc in Linden when you hire a costume for this event! There is also a Fantasy Quiz for those who who are brave enough to put their fantasy knowledge on the line. Grab a team and join up! Additional to that, your hosts promise that you "can expect all manner of fantasy themed market stalls and merriment: play a Game of Kings (Viking Chess), have a go at archery with The Troll Bow Project; or sample Eoin's Tankard mead while you watch Drakon Forge make weapons; or try your hand at the Axe Toss! Wander through the castle to the sounds of Trad - Pretoria with jewellery, dragons, ceramics, art, clothing, craft beer and delicious food and more on sale at the stalls" Support for the event goes to Husky Romi Wolf Sanctuary. It is suitable for most normal cars but not for vehicles with very low suspension as there are speed bumps on it.
